About your Guide
Olivia, also known as The Sacred Heart Weaver, is a multidisciplinary artist, intuitive writer, storyteller and a doula. Her experience and approach are deeply rooted in a lineage of Indigenous Traditional Healers, Knowledge Bearers, and Land Tenders from West Africa.
Following in the path of her maternal grandfather who was a wise storyteller, Olivia’s journey has been shaped by a series of personal initiations, transformative life experiences, and dedicated training. Through this sacred unfolding, she began reclaiming her body’s wisdom, her ancestral gifts, and remembering the Medicine of intuition, trust, and knowing. In addition, she has had the honour of guiding some of the people she loves back to the whispers and wisdom of their own Heart. From this deeply personal and embodied process, Poetic Embodiment was born.
Olivia’s work speaks directly to the hearts of those who feel lost, heartbroken, unworthy, or disconnected, yet quietly long for home within themselves. Drawing from her own experience as a deep feeler, sensitive being and emotionally aware, she creates intimate and heart-led spaces where people can gently but honestly explore their emotional landscapes, reconnect with their bodies, and awaken the unique voice of their Soul.
Through poetic storytelling, intentional movement, ancestral memory work, and writing practices, Olivia supports others in tending to their inner garden. one woven with presence, love, radical acceptance, inner inquiry and the sacred remembrance of who they truly are.
Her work is rooted in sacred sensuality, spirituality, and creative release, offering a pathway back to authenticity, wholeness, and divine flow. Individuals are invited to embark on a deeply personal journey through the unseen depth of healing and transformation to find the key to their own liberation. With every word, gesture, and invitation, Olivia weaves intimacy, wisdom, and deep connection; reminding us that healing is not just possible, but deeply beautiful.
